Most cannabis events in Arizona require that you have a medical cannabis card. There are events and places you can go that don’t require a card. Here are a few of the events coming up in the near future.
1st Annual Cannafest
The first annual Cannafest is being held at DOMMlife on Saturday, October 12. Free tickets are available as well as VIP tickets. VIP tickets cost $50. This is a medicated event, so medical cannabis cards are required.
It’s said to be a cannabis state fair themed event.
The event begins at noon and ends at 6 p.m.
Music will be provided by R3LL, W.A.S.H, COINFLIP and YULES.
A limited amount of the $50 VIP tickets are available.

Halloweed
Halloweed is taking place on October 19 at The Unexpected Art Gallery. The day begins at noon and wraps up at 10 p.m.
Tickets for noon to 4 p.m. are just $20. There will be a pie eating contest and totem yoga as well as other contests and activities.
A VIP all day pass with a 2-hour exclusive session are $50. More contests, promotions and goodies just for VIP guests will be available.
Come dressed for the event – costumes aren’t required, but there will be costume contests.
This event will also feature:

- Raffles
- Food
- Additional entertainment

Only 600 VIP tickets are being made available. Those with a VIP ticket will be granted the privilege of receiving newly released products and swag bags.
This event is a little extra special since the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the Joy Bus Diner in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Cannafriends Flagstaff
The Flagstaff chapter of Cannafriends is having its November meeting on November 7. It’s being held at The Aspen Room located at 2223 E. 7th Ave. Suite C in Flagstaff, AZ 86004.
The meeting will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tickets are just $10 for the event.
Cannafriends events are a great way to network, meet people and make some new friends. You’ll also learn what’s going on in the industry as well as what some of the hot topics are.

Why Attend Cannabis Events?
Smoking alone isn’t fun. You never know when you might need a smoking buddy or someone to go to a dispensary with. It’s also a great way to meet people, network and have more knowledge of what’s really going on in the industry.
For some, just going out is a big deal. It can conjure up a bit of anxiety. If you’re not driving, medicate before going just enough so you can be comfortable and relaxed. Some events are medicated events, like Puff Puff Paint and others.
